The iDiD user fee includes customer support and training. Our support team is available Monday through Friday between 9 am and 5 pm (GMT+2) via email, chat and phone in Finnish and English. We will to respond to all enquiries as quickly as possible.
Our support site https://support.idid.fi offers useful information such as user guides and ready-made html elements.
As our customer, you can also participate in our free user trainings, available three times a month at our office in Tampere, Finland, and online with Skype for Business (sign-up at the bottom).
