Help and guidance

The iDiD user fee includes customer support and training. Our support team is available Monday through Friday between 9 am and 5 pm (GMT+2) via email, chat and phone in Finnish and English. We will to respond to all enquiries as quickly as possible.

Our support site http://support.idid.fi offers useful information such as user guides and ready-made html elements.

As our customer, you can also participate in our free user trainings, available three times a month at our office in Tampere, Finland, and online with Skype for Business (sign-up at the bottom).

Upcoming training sessions

We offer our customers free training sessions at our office in Tampere, Finland, and online via Skype for Business.

  • Basic training is recommended for new users and anyone wishing to revise their skills
  • Themed training offers a deeper look at each month's topic. We recommend themed trainings to users who already know the basics
  • Hallway display training is for everyone working with hallway displays (used in Finland)

Customised training

If you cannot find a suitable training above, we can customise one to suit your specific needs. The scope and time of the customised trainings are negotiable on an individual basis.
